Best place for dinner with live music in the Finger Lakes

There is an abundance of great places to eat dinner in the Finger Lakes. A few have the added bonus of live music to make the evening more enjoyable. Keep in mind, even restaurants that have live music don't have it every night, nor do they have it all year long. The Stone Cate Cafe

Our favorite restaurant with music is the Stone Cat Cafe' just south of Hector. A relaxed atmosphere and menu with fresh and many times organic food items, plus a "smoker"! Don't let the relaxed feel fool you, these guys do it right when it comes to preparation and presentation. Wednesday nights is "Pub Night" with live acoustic entertainment. The Stone Cat Cafe is a restaurant that typically has live music on both Wednesday nights and Saturday nights. The music is easy to listen to, the food is incredible and they have a great selection of wine. The staff is wonderul, and it's best to call for reservations. The Red Newt Bistro - We love the Red Newt. They are open in season - have live music on Thursday nights, a fabulous menu (which changes often), and great food. ~ Barbara - Sunrise Landing Bed and Breakfast

Canandaigua Inn on the Lake's entertainment weekends with their full restaurant during cooler weather and the Patio Lounge in nicer times, offering casual dining and refreshments lakeside.  You will find them at the north end of Canandaigua Lake at 770 South Main St. ~ Nancy & Al - Gorham House Bed and Breakfast

Papa Joe's - It's a very good restaurant and open all year long. During the Summer and Fall months lunches and dinners are served on the deck outdoors. Guests can relax with casual dining on the deck while listening to various live bands each weekend. Always a good meal and great service at Papa Joe's.
